About me

I am Ismail Mesbah, a self-taught artist from Casablanca working in the space between instinct and intention. My canvases grow from layered textures, deep shadows, and sudden bursts of color, like fragments of a half-remembered dream.

I paint what lingers rather than what is seen, turning emotion and memory into quiet visual echoes. My work isn’t meant to be explained, but entered — a threshold between the visible and the hidden, where imagination completes what I leave unsaid.
